As President and Chief Executive Officer of ClockSpring|NRI, Matt Boucher brings a career history that has focused on leading company transformations, business strategy, and financial management and analysis. Matt joined ClockSpring|NRI in 2016 to lead the transformation and growth strategy. Previously, Matt was Senior Vice President, Operations and Transformation, at The Brock Group, a $1.5 billion specialty trade and maintenance services contractor to refining, petrochemical, power and industrial manufacturers. While at Brock, Matt led transformation and profitability improvement initiatives for a 15,000-person field services organization and developed an understanding of the importance of asset integrity, maintenance and reliability. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Emily Robertson has over 15 years experience of finance and strategy experience in the industrial services and manufacturing space. She has worked in various corporate finance roles at The Brock Group, PSC, Waste Management and Continental Airlines. Prior to this she was a management consultant with the Parthenon Group in Boston. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer for ClockSpring|NRI, Vikki Dunn has supported the transformation of the company beginning in 2016. Vikki has over 30 years of experience executing growth strategies in energy, industrial markets, computing, and telecommunications. She drives growth through understanding market needs, commercializing differentiated value propositions, and delivering stakeholder engagement and communications plans that build brand and enhance reputation. Prior to ClockSpring|NRI, Vikki was CMO for the GE Oil and Gas upstream equipment business and Global Marketing Director for Shell Global Solutions. Vikki completed the Executive Leadership Program at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and holds a B.S. in Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
President, Advanced Valve Technologies
Having provided strategic consulting and guidance for a number of years, Harry joined ClockSpring|NRI in 2018 to lead the Advanced Valve Technologies Division. Previously, Harry held various C-level roles at companies such as Sears, BFX, ISR, and GKI. His industrial and manufacturing experience includes PolyOne, Isola, Exal, Amcast, HDT, B&W, and Trinity Industries. He was also a leader in the US Navy’s stealth warship construction program at General Dynamics.
Harry was recently Managing Partner of a Bain & Company spin off where he led growth strategy, operational improvements, corporate transformations, and post-merger integrations for investment firms such as Bain Capital, Warburg Pincus, Oaktree Capital, Goldman Sachs, and TA Associates.
Harry was a commissioned military officer, holds an MBA from Columbia University, and a BS from the US Naval Academy.
Executive Vice President, Strategic Opportunities
Andrew Patrick’s career spans over 30 years and encompasses all aspects of pipeline engineering, from construction to inspection to repair. He began his nearly 25-year career with ClockSpring|NRI as its sole sales executive for the western hemisphere, managed the global sales team, and now leads the company’s efforts to secure strategic opportunities typically with International Oil Companies and National Oil Companies. Prior to ClockSpring|NRI, Andrew was Sales Manager for the Western Hemisphere for Vetco Pipeline’s online inspection business. He began his career with Brown and Root’s Offshore Pipeline Division in various pipeline construction roles.
President, Concrete Solutions
John Hepfinger is President of the ClockSpring|NRI Concrete Solutions Division. Before joining the company, John filled the role of Global Market Director, Milliken Infrastructure Solutions, at Milliken & Company. He has more than 30 years of experience in managing and growing startup ventures across a range of markets, including apparel, telecom, and infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in manufacturing, product innovation, sales, and global business development. John earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds several US and international patents in a variety of disciplines.
Vice President, R&D and Product Development
Joe Royer is Vice President, R&D and Product Development. Prior to this role, he was the Development Manager for Milliken Infrastructure Solutions with responsibility for all technical aspects of the operations, including R&D, QC Testing, Engineering, Product Application and Partner Training. Previously, he was Director of Innovation for the Performance Products Division at Milliken & Company responsible for innovation and growth initiatives across multiple business units including Building & Infrastructure, Tire & Mechanical Rubber Goods, and Protective Materials for Military Applications.
He has trained a variety of contractors across the globe in spray applied linings and has supervised numerous geopolymer installations in the North America, South America, Hong Kong and Eastern Europe.
Joe holds degrees a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame (’95) and a Ph. D. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University (’00). Joe has written numerous papers and presented design details for structural pipe rehabilitation systems using geopolymer mortars.
President, CSNRI Composites
Cedric Oudinot, a global energy executive with 20 years of experience, is President of the CSNRI Composites division.
Prior to this, Cedric was Vice President for the global engineered products unit at Shawcor, a global pipeline services company, where he held multiple positions over 10 years including business development, M&A, and Product Management.
Cedric also worked at strategic and advisory firm Booz & Co in the Energy and Chemicals practice and started his career with a software company providing process simulation solutions for O&G downstream clients.
Cedric is an Ingenieur from ENSIGC in France, received a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and MBA from the University of Texas.
