President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Clock Spring Company, Inc., Matt Boucher brings a career history that has focused on leading company transformations, business strategy, and financial management and analysis. He joined Clock Spring Company, Inc. from The Brock Group, a $1.5 billion specialty trade and maintenance services contractor to refining, petrochemical, power and industrial manufacturers. As Brock’s Senior Vice President, Operations and Transformation, he led transformation and service and profitability improvement initiatives for a 15,000-person field services organization and developed an understanding of the importance of asset integrity, maintenance and reliability. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Executive Vice President, Global Sales
Andrew Patrick’s career spans over 30 years and encompasses all aspects of pipeline engineering, from construction to inspection to repair. He began his 20-year career with Clock Spring as its sole sales executive for the western hemisphere and now manages the global sales team. He has utilized his deep industry knowledge to build a credible sales organization. Prior to that, Andrew was Sales Manager for the Western Hemisphere for Vetco Pipeline’s online inspection business. He began his career with Brown and Root’s Offshore Pipeline Division in various pipeline construction roles.
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Emily Robertson has over 15 years experience of finance and strategy experience in the industrial services and manufacturing space. She has worked in various corporate finance roles at The Brock Group, PSC, Waste Management and Continental Airlines. Prior to this she was a management consultant with the Parthenon Group in Boston. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Vice President, Product Management and Technical Services
Buddy Powers utilizes his engineering and sales background at Clock Spring Company, Inc., where he is responsible for developing and implementing a customer-solution focused product development and testing program. In addition, he will lead a customer-based product advisory council on innovations. Buddy spent the first 15 years of his career as a driving force behind Clock Spring’s growth. In 2014, he joined Stress Engineering Services as Midstream Practice Business Development Leader, where he was instrumental in the growth and influence of that practice. Buddy holds a Project Management Certification from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. He is a Board member of the former Composite Repair Users Group, now TAG and a member of ASME South Texas Chapter.
Vice President, Manufacturing
Ivan Zavala has 20 years of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Experience in various industries including Automotive, Semiconductor and Oil & Gas. He drives continuous improvement utilizing the Toyota Production System and strives for a zero defect culture. He has developed and implemented ISO 9001:2008 certification at multiple manufacturing sites and has executed Lean Transformation of poorly performing companies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Lean Manufacturing Black Belt.
Manager Environmental, Health and Safety
David Teeter has over 25 years of experience and expertise in establishing worksite safety policies and procedures while adhering to all industry regulations with the goal of creating an incident-free, efficient work environment. Has worked with numerous oil and gas companies in both Canada and the U.S. He has been a principal consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies on environmental matters. He facilitated release of liability for nine clients under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act 2 regulations. Dave is a member of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and an instructor for the International Association of Drilling Contractors.
Kelly Singletary has over 20 years of Finance & Accounting experience in diverse industries such as Publishing, Document Management Systems, Pallet Manufacturing, and Industrial Services. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University – San Marcos and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He has experience in Corporate Accounting, Shared Services, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Vikki Dunn has 30 years of energy and technology strategic marketing experience. She drives growth through understanding market needs, commercializing differentiated value propositions, and delivering stakeholder engagement and communications plans that build brand and enhance reputation. She has consulted with startups and large firms, was the CMO for GE Oil and Gas – Drilling and Surface, and was Global Marketing Director for Shell Global Solutions. Vikki completed the Executive Leadership Program at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and holds a B.S. in Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, and a guest lecturer at select university MBA programs.
