NOTE: Older versions of the paper exam may be rejected upon receipt by the Clock Spring Training Department.

Training Menu:

• Clock Spring® Installer or Trainer certification is valid for one year following the successful completion of a hands-on training course and 80% or better score on the appropriate, written examination.
• The Clock Spring Company policy for re-certification requires the successful the Installer / Trainer to re-submit the applicable written examination one year from the previous test date.
• A grace period for allowing re-certification by examination only is generally permissible for up to 12 months (1 year) from the expiration of the Installer or Trainer Certification.  For lapses greater than 12 months (1 year), a new hands-on training course is required. (See our upcoming TRAIN THE TRAINER class schedule).

Please note than provisions have been made for on a case-by-case evaluation of special circumstances for certification lapses of greater than 12 months (1 year).  A waiver of the required hands-on training must be signed by the President of Clock Spring Company, LP. To apply for the waiver process, please contact your Technical Sales Representative or email your request to Clock Spring Company, LP at sales@clockspring.com for review.
