The various products of Clock Spring Company, LP and the manufacturing operations are controlled under a formal and rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program. Our products are used to repair and reinforce pipelines and other critical infrastructure. The QA/QC program was created and is maintained with the serious nature of the use of our products as the preeminent core element of our program.
The current codification of the QA/QC program commenced with an update of all existing program on September 17, 2001. Prior to that date, various programs existed and were brought together in one comprehensive manual and program. This manual has had several revisions, with latest being an early 2012 revision. The program contains internal review and audit provisions. External customer audits can be scheduled. Please contact Clock Spring for additional information.
