Clock SpringsŽ High Temperature repair system is an economical alternative for pipelines operating from 170 degrees Fahrenheit (77 degrees Celsius) to 248 degrees Fahrenheit (120 degrees Celsius). Clock Spring's patented design redefines the economics of pipeline repair, ensuring a permanent repair that is safe, economical and effective. The Clock Spring repair is comprised of 8 wraps of composite, the Clock Spring high-strength filler material and the Clock Spring adhesive. Clock Spring High Temperature can be used to permanently repair external blunt metal loss defects.

The Clock Spring pipe repair system is a high-strength corrosion resistant e-glass and resin composite sleeve, a high performance adhesive and a high-strength filler material . The composite sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around pipe diameters of 4 inches up to 56 inches. The individual layers are bonded together and to the pipe to fully restore serviceability.
